WHO AM I:
I’m a high energy TS/SCI recruitment professional with 10+ years’ of experience within volume, executive, and talent acquisition. I have worked with global multinational organizations such as: The Big Four, SalesForce.com, and Amazon Web Services; along with SMB's in APAC, ANZ, and the United States.

Instead of relying on job description, I spend a lot of time understanding the stakeholders I work with. I strive to understand the dynamics of the departments and team in order to find long term solutions and the employees to compliment them.

WHY I AM IN THIS FIELD:
My love of recruitment stems around the fact that my job can be summarized in one sentence but the complexity and intricate nature of the work cannot. There are always new people to meet, lives to affect, and things to learn as long as you are open and have the right group around you to help. This is especially challenging work but years’ later I can still find something about the day to pique my interest and sincerely want to come to work each day.
